AT&T two year contract?

Okay so I have the SAMSUNG Blackjack. Ive had it for a few months under a year and there is no way im going to have it for another year still. Its a greaaattt phone. I just want something new. So I was wondering if there is any way to get around the 175 dollars I would have to pay to cancel my two year contract. It would suck to spend 150 plus on a phone plus 175 to cancel my contract. If you know anything about this two year contract stuff please help me out.
