My tubes are tied but pregnancy symptoms overwhelming?

I had my tubes tied when I delivered my last child in 2003, I haven't started my regular menstrual cycle I am usually due on the 30th of every month ... so about a week late, I have been so hungry but cannot eat ( I get very nauseous) , smell or thought of food is gross, I was shopping with the family and they were testing the air fresheners EWWW it made my stomach turn. headaches some cramping and sometime in the past 2 week when i used the potty Wiped n got a very pinkish but that's it. My body temp I can't seem to get comfortable.. on with the light sweater off with the light sweater ! what the heck is going on??? before I tied my tubes I got pregnant very easily so I always wondered if this tubal would really do the trick. Idk what to think. My new husband and I were talking about trying to have a reversal not to long ago because he doesn't have kids could this be all in my head? The symptoms are just overwhelming!
