Pregnancy????????ttc?

i no this might sound a bit stupid it might be more desperation lol ttc. i am having a abdominal scan tomoz and pelvic scan i am not quite a week out of ovulation and i have had really bad stomache ache last 2 days to the point i have been doubled ove a couple of times not sure what tis is. do you think if there is anything there they will be able see.
