Question about a murder, and prediction of the criminal.. ?

ok...so the no talky guy takes a peice o paper and he draws a picture showing the deaf guy getting killed by that one murder guy in great detail because no talky guy is such a great artist. deaf guy sees picture and flees the country. both no talky and deaf guy go to mexico to sell oranges in hopes of murder guy not finding them.
