How do you bribe a person?

Bribes are illegal so it is not ok to bribe. That's the reason that Gov. Blagovich was pushed out of office due to suspected allegations of bribery. If you give someone money as a bribe and they do not do as you say, then it is difficult to get the money back because you are doing something illegal to pay the bribe. People who resort to bribery do not belong in politics.
