go to the tanning saloon get ur skin darker,put concealer around the black under ur eyes if u have any,mascara on the above eyelashes,put a light eyeshadow color like pink and ome shimmer on it i advice pearl color frm claires and put lipstick on but wipe it off with a tissue ,then pu lipgloss on any color will be good just see if it matches with what ur wearing and thts bout it and put a cute color for ur nails and do ur hair real cute
