Is Ebonics the official language of Oakland California public schools or be it secondary to English?

They actually have schools in Oakland?????????? Oh yeah, that must be the edjamacated ones that go to the Giants playing in the World Series and sit in the stands and smoke dope by the pound so that everyone in the stadium gets a contact high and then try to convince the entire country that it's for "medical" reasons that they can do that. Sheeeeesh!
