My mother is neglectful?

My mother and i had a good relationship when i got married. I am 21. However she is so stuck up my brothers *** it's not funny. He does drugs ect.. He has 7 counts of auto burglary. And he has just been arrested for stealing my cousin's car and wrecking it. When he wrecked that car i called my mom. She told me that maybe it wasn't him. I came to find out that she had lied to me about everything. She knew he had stolen the car. In fact she helped him get the car towed when he wrecked it. She is now on my brothers side. {The convict} instead of mine. I don't mean sides literally. I went to college graduated ect.. But she still treats me diff from my brother and when our house burned down because one of his drug deals went bad she bought him all bran new furniture and i got used. Advice please... someone
