Where can I find boots like this?

I saw some boots that were calf-height (kind of high, a couple inches a way from the knee depending on how tall you are), brown suede with fur inside, and they had kind of flaps on the side, like where a semi oval is cut out and it tooks into pants well and kind of sticks out a bit. Also, it had a white suede bowtie attached to the top of the boot. Has anyone seen any like this or kind of similiar? Any suede boots with flaps PERIOD are greatly appreciated =]
