Unusually painfull cramps in my stomach (not period cramps)?

i have had many stomach cramps in my life,in fact i was just up at the emergency room a couple days ago for stomach cramps. if it gets to the point where you cant bear it you should definetly go up to the emergency room to have it checked out they will probably take blood to make sure there is no bad bacteria in your blood causing the cramps they willl most likely do a CAT scan of your stomach they will be able to see if it is your kidney,bladder,or possibly the appendix even though you said it does not hurt on that side.but if they do take a CAT scan they will be able to see if there is anything major causing your cramps. so any ways that is what i would do. i hope you feel better soon.
